1. What is personal data?

5. What rights do you have?

Right of inspection

You have the right to access your data. That is, you can check what data we hold on you.

You have the right to have your data rectified. We may hold data about you that is incorrect or no longer correct. Have you moved house or have a new e-mail address? Update your details or let us know.

Right of erasure

Je hebt het recht op wissing van je gegevens. Als je wil dat we je gegevens niet langer bewaren of gebruiken, kan je je gegevens bij ons wissen. Wij zijn wel niet altijd verplicht je gegevens te wissen wanneer je dat vraagt. We hoeven dat enkel te doen in de gevallen die door de wet zijn bepaald. Recht op beperking

How can you exercise your rights?

You can contact us by e-mail or post. When you contact us, we might ask for additional information first. We need to do this to check that you are the right person.

6. Responsibility and change

Under no circumstances can Tree company be held responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage incurred through the incorrect or illegal use of your personal data by a third party.

You are always responsible for handling your personal data responsibly and for following security rules, such as the use of secure passwords. You are solely responsible for the use of your computer, smartphone or IP address by our website.

This privacy policy may be modified, if our services or applicable legislation requires it: after all, our services are a dynamic and innovative environment.
